About the Exam Score Predictor
What is the Exam Score Predictor?
Your mock test scores show a trend. This exam score predictor fits a straight line through them and extends it to the real exam.
It shows how much you are improving per test and a likely range based on how much your scores vary around the trend.
How to use the Exam Score Predictor
- Mock Test Scores in %, Oldest First (separated by commas) — mock test scores in percent, oldest first, separated by commas. (sample: 55, 60, 62, 68, 70)
- Tests Between the Last Mock and the Exam (1 = next) (sample: 1)
- Press Predict My Exam Score (results also refresh as you type). The result card shows the Predicted Score, along with Improvement per test, Likely range, Average of mocks and Method.
Formula used
Predicted score = a + b × (Test number of the exam)
- b = improvement per test from least-squares regression
Improvement usually slows as scores get higher.
