About the Meeting Time Planner
What is the Meeting Time Planner?
This meeting time planner finds when everyone is within their working day, across up to three time zones.
It checks every 15 minutes, so half-hour zones such as IST are handled correctly.

Tips for using the Meeting Time Planner
- India–US East Coast teams often have no overlap; an 8 AM US call is 5:30 or 6:30 PM in India.
- Rotate inconvenient slots between teams so the same people are not always up late.
