About the SaaS Metrics Calculator
What is the SaaS Metrics Calculator?
This SaaS metrics calculator turns five inputs into the dashboard investors ask for: ARR, average revenue per account, customer lifetime, lifetime value, LTV to CAC and CAC payback.
Use it for a quick health check before a board meeting or fundraise.
How to use the SaaS Metrics Calculator
- Monthly Recurring Revenue (₹) (sample: 30,00,000)
- Paying Customers (sample: 1,200)
- Monthly Customer Churn (%) (sample: 2.5)
- Gross Margin (%) (sample: 78)
- Customer Acquisition Cost (₹) (sample: 18,000)
- Press Calculate SaaS Metrics (results also refresh as you type). The result card shows the ARR, along with ARPA (per customer per month), Customer lifetime, LTV (gross margin) and LTV : CAC.
Formula used
LTV = (MRR ÷ Customers) × Gross margin ÷ Monthly churn
- ARR = MRR × 12
- CAC payback = CAC ÷ (ARPA × gross margin)
Metrics are averages; segment by plan or customer size for sharper insight.
