What is the RERA Price Check Calculator?
A ₹7,500 per sq ft quote on super built-up area can mean more than ₹10,000 per sq ft of usable space. Under RERA, builders must disclose and sell on carpet area, which makes like-for-like comparison possible.

Formula used
Carpet-area rate = Quoted rate × Super built-up area ÷ Carpet area
- Loading = super built-up ÷ carpet − 1
