About the RE Portfolio Tracker

What is the RE Portfolio Tracker?

Owning property means keeping an eye on more than the price. This real estate portfolio tracker shows your equity, the net income the property earns, its total return over the next year and how leveraged it is.

Enter the current value, yearly rent and expenses, the outstanding loan and your expected appreciation.

How to use the RE Portfolio Tracker

Frequently asked questions

The outstanding loan as a percentage of the property's current value. ₹42 lakh on an ₹85 lakh property is 49.4%.

Add net rent to the increase in value. ₹2.7 lakh net rent plus 6% on ₹85 lakh (₹5.1 lakh) gives ₹7.8 lakh.

For a leveraged view, subtract yearly interest from the return, or use the cash-on-cash return calculator.
