Every day without tobacco saves money and adds life. This quit smoking calculator shows how much you have saved since quitting, how many cigarettes (or bidis or pouches) you have avoided and roughly how much life expectancy you have regained.
It also shows what the monthly savings could grow to in 10 years if invested.
How to use the Nicotine Cost Saved Calculator

Formula used
Money saved = Units per day × Price per unit × Days since quitting
- Life regained = about 20 minutes per cigarette not smoked (UCL study, 2024)
- Invested savings = monthly SIP of the savings for 120 months
