About the Diabetic Diet Planner
What is the Diabetic Diet Planner?
Spreading carbohydrates evenly through the day helps keep blood sugar steady. This diabetic diet planner sets your daily carbohydrate target and splits it across meals.
It uses 15 g carbohydrate exchanges, the unit many dietitians use.
How to use the Diabetic Diet Planner

- Press Plan Diabetic Diet (results also refresh as you type). The result card shows the Daily Carbohydrate Target, along with Daily calories, Protein, Fat and Fibre goal.
Formula used
